What We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us, and what standard web infrastructure records on its own.

Information you give us

The contact form on our site asks for your name, your email address, and a short description of what your business needs. If you reach us by email or phone instead, we receive whatever you choose to include.

Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs to keep the site secure and working, not to build profiles of visitors.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account credentials, health data, or biometric data. Please don't include that kind of information in a form submission or email.

Cookies & Tracking

There is no tracking pixel, no analytics script, and no third-party ad technology on corpusbiz.com. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy first and the change will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

Server logs are kept for shorter periods unless a security issue requires otherwise. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Security

AI & Automated Tools

We use AI tools internally as part of how we do our work. With respect to this website specifically: it does not use AI to process visitor data, and we do not make automated decisions about individuals without human review. Where AI tools are used in a client engagement, that use is governed by the service agreement for that engagement.

Our site may link to websites we don't operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide notice on our site before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
